Introducing the most expensive flatshare ever advertised on Spareroom…

Posted at 10:00 am, August 5, 2014 in Fun London, News

Remember when we were shocked by the most depressing box-room advert ever? Prepare to be even more gobsmacked. The priciest London flatshare of all time (probably) has been advertised on Spareroom.com.

Located in Hyde Park Gate, the three-bedroom apartment features chandeliers, a dining hall, a gym, a daily cleaning and linen service and a 12-seat dining hall. Plus, en-suite bathrooms, a roof terrace and balconies overlooking Hyde Park.

It’s available to rent for a casual £21,000 a month. That’s a whopping £1,783 a week per tenant. That’s ten times the average London rent.

The question is – who the hell can afford to live there? With the advertiser admitting they’re hoping to attract ‘London’s elite’, we’ve got a suggestion for a potential renter… the owner of this Range Rover:

The golden vehicle has been spotted around Knightsbridge in recent days, has a Saudi number plate and is valued at around £150,000. Wowza.
