Summer may be almost over but these still time to enjoy these trendy beverages…

Atop Peckham’s multi-storey car park, the seasonal Frank’s bar mixed one of our favourite cocktails of the summer: bitter Cynar (made with artichokes), gin, lemon, sugar and prosecco.

Cold-Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee
Still drinking frappés? Keep up, you coffee-has-bean. Now, it’s all about cold brew: water infused with ground beans then bottled and sold on ice. Try a bottle of smooth Sandows, made in exotic Holloway.


Cold-pressed juices
At the likes of Roots & Bulbs in Marylebone, all manner of vitaminful veg such as beetroot, spinach and kale are juiced into terrifyingly green but jolly healthy liquids. Smoothies are so over.

It’s a traditional, low-alcohol, high-fizz, maximum-flavour Belgian farmhouse ale. But in London’s hands, it’s brewed with New World hops, ginger or even citrus (like Partizan’s lemon and lime version).
